STEP 1 Don’t Use Vaginal cleansers in your vagina.

You may be thinking what! isn’t this a vaginal cleanser brand? Yes! We know. But the Vagina is a self-cleansing machine and does not need any cleanser INSIDE of it. You can use cleansers to clean the folds, the labia, between the thighs and buttock but do not put any cleanser inside of the vagina. Keep inside the vagina clean with water and your finger, no harsh cloth needed. Don’t Use Vaginal cleansers in your vagina.

STEP 2 Avoid Chemical filled products with dyes and Fragrance.

Many vaginal cleansers do not help you, instead they leave you with itching, possible yeast infections etc.. Because many of the vaginal cleansers on the market are full of synthetic dyes, and fragrances that will disrupt your vaginal biome and cause unnecessary irritations. Avoid Chemical filled products with dyes and Fragrance.

*Your vagina should not smell like a bake sale

STEP 3 Drink lots of water

Drinking sufficient water helps you go to the bathroom often, cleansing you in the process and allowing the vagina to rinse itself out naturally. Also detoxifying the entire body including the removing of any infections in the body.

*Drinking waters helps your skin, weight and overall health.

STEP 4 Change your pads often when on your period

Changing your pads, tampons, liners 3-4 times in an 12 hour day or more if you have a heavier period. This is a good habit, to avoid odor, infections and bacteria etc.. that may build up. Night time for 6 hours is recommended.

Avoid fragrant liners, opt for fragrance free one or ditch them all together for a cotton lined panty.

STEP 5 Wipes for easy cleanup

Regular fragrance-free baby wipes are sufficient when cleaning around the vagina between bathroom breaks or between changing pads. Keep a sealed pack of wipes in your purse, gym bag etc for on the go. However don’t leave the area damp. Use a dry tissues to pat dry the area before putting on your underwear.
